Put a plugin on the network.
Paste your plugin.json and sign — the listing becomes a public, addressable Nostr event under your key. Versioned releases with archives ship from the CLI (tessera release); drafts and key-gated private listings are CLI-only.
The listing publishes under whichever key signs it — a BitLogin account or any NIP-07 extension works.
