publish

Publish a listing.

Paste your plugin.json; it validates against the Agent Plugins 1.0.0 schema and publishes as a signed listing under your key. Archives and versioned releases ship from the CLI: tessera release. Drafts and private (key-gated) listings are CLI-only for now.
